Kitchen Features Full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances include toaster, blender, Keurig + traditional coffee maker, French Press, and griddle pan. Dining 6-person Table: Ideal for family dinners. Beach Toys & Equipment 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, variety of sand toys, beach towels, and cooler provided. Grill Access Charcoal grill near beach access and pool area (charcoal and supplies not provided). Parking and Access Only ONE vehicle permitted, assigned spot #305. Third-floor condo, stair access only. Be prepared to walk three flights. Message Communication: Use Airbnb app, call, or text day or night. Pool Rules & Access Pool access with key card located in the seashell bowl (replacement fee of $100 if lost or not returned prior to checkout). Important things to note: *Off season concrete construction is currently underway at the complex M-F 8am-4pm* Patio seating is only yours to use but is part of a shared walkway. Must be 21 to book. Travel insurance recommended (especially March - October). No refunds for weather or beach closings.

Please don’t remove card from lanyard holder. Lost key card will result in guest paying replacement fee of $50. -Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so we can repair/replace -No eating or drinking in bedrooms -No Smoking inside or on balcony of the unit -Check out is 10am -Front door must remain closed at all times. This is to ensure AC and Heat work properly. **Parking pass is located inside the condo on the counter, this will need to displayed inside car at all times, violators will be booted and or towed at vehicle owners expense. -If there is an unauthorized car parked in spot #305 please let me know asap. -There are 3 visitor parking spaces on the property that are first come first serve. -There is additional public parking about a 1/2 block to the east on West 10th Street. However this is not for overnight parking. **No smoking in the unit. A violation of this will result in a $300 fine and guest will incur costs to remediate the odor to the condo, linens and furniture.
