The sun-drenched living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV with Roku, and a unique beach mural that brings the coast inside. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances and everything you need for home-cooked meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate our dedicated coffee bar, complete with a Keurig, a classic drip coffee maker, and a French press. The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests: * Primary Bedroom: A serene space with a plush King bed and a Smart TV. * Hallway Nook: A clever twin-over-twin bunk bed area, perfect for kids. * Living Room: A queen-size sleeper sofa. We've also included: * Fast Wi-Fi * In-unit washer and dryer * Beach chairs and gear * Family-friendly items: Pack 'n Play, high chair, children's books, and board games. Max 6 guests (including infants) Entire unit is yours, except the owner's closet Travel insurance is strongly recommended. No refunds for weather or beach closings. * STARTING SEPTEMBER 8th-MARCH 31st THE ELEVATORS WILL BE CLOSED FOR BUILDING RENOVATIONS. OUR CONDO WILL STILL BE OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE BUT MUST BE ABLE TO WALK UP TO 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO THE 2nd FLOOR. *

House Rules -No parties -Quiet Hours 11pm-8am -No towels off the balcony -No smoking of any substance inside condo, condo balcony or on any property grounds including hallways, pool area, commons area. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area labeled with a sign and bench. -Garbage must be placed in dumpster -No luggage carriers to remain in rooms -No fireworks allowed -Personal grills are only allowed in the designated grill area, not on the balcony Pool Rules -Pool hours 9am-11pm -No diving -No glassware -Children under 12 accompanied by adult -No one under 5 allowed in the hot tub -Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty -Pull ups required for non-toilet trained children or fine is risked for pool contamination Parking Rules -Parking pass required for all vehicles. Max 2 vehicles per reservation. 2nd pass can be purchased with 48 hours notice on property with cash or card for $40 dollars. -Pass must be displayed and fully filled out -Failure to display parking pass can result in towing of vehicle at owners' expense Guest must abide by all posted rules on grounds and per HOA regulations. Property managers on location reserve the right to evict guest and or apply fines. Renter is responsible that all guests in party abide by written rules. -Host is not responsible for any maintenance that could cause closure to pool/area/amenities/beach or beach access. Refunds will not be issued for scheduled building maintenance projects. -If needed, maintenance may enter the unit at any time. We will do our best to schedule this with the guest. -There will be no refunds for weather outside of our cancellation policy. The only exception to this rule will be for state mandated evacuations.

* Building Renovations: Please be aware that from September 8th to March 1st, the building elevators will be closed for scheduled maintenance. Our condo is located on the 2nd floor and will require guests to walk up two flights of stairs. * Self Check-in: For your convenience, the condo is equipped with a smart lock. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival. * Cleaning: The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival to ensure a pristine and comfortable environment for your stay.
