Our condo has been thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing and memorable stay. The bright, airy living area features modern coastal décor, plush seating, and a smart TV for evening entertainment. From here, you can enjoy the refreshing coastal breeze and beautiful views of the Gulf. Prepare your favorite meals or a quick beach snack in the fully equipped kitchen. It comes stocked with all essential cookware and features: * Keurig coffee maker (with K-cups provided) * 12-cup drip coffee maker * Blender, crockpot, and toaster The condo comfortably sleeps your group with two thoughtfully designed bedrooms, both featuring cozy bedding and room-darkening curtains for a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom is supplied with hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus fresh towels and a makeup washcloth for your convenience. For your comfort, we also provide: * An in-unit washer and dryer * Beach towels and kids' beach toys * Classic games like Yahtzee, Uno, and cards * A hair dryer and shower essentials Please note the pool uses a fob to enter. There will be a fee of 100 dollars assessed for losing this key fob Please note only 1 parking space is available for the condo. The guest spaces are first come first serve only 💡Important Things to Know: ✔️Parking is $52 and paid for via link that we send or at check in via QR code ✔️ Stair Access Only - This condo is located on the second floor, and guests will need to use the stairs as there is no elevator in the building. ✔️Shared Outdoor Seating - While the walkway offers great Gulf views, please note that it is a shared space and not a private balcony. ✔️ Must be 21 to book. ✔️Travel insurance recommended (especially March - October). ✔️No refunds for weather or beach closings.

Please don’t remove card from lanyard holder. Lost key card will result in guest paying replacement fee of $100. -Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so we can repair/replace -No eating or drinking in bedrooms -No Smoking inside or on balcony of the unit -Check out is 10am -Front door must remain closed at all times. This is to ensure AC and Heat work properly. **Parking pass is located inside the condo on the counter, this will need to displayed inside car at all times, violators will be booted and or towed at vehicle owners expense. -If there is an unauthorized car parked in spot #305 please let me know asap. -There are 3 visitor parking spaces on the property that are first come first serve. -There is additional public parking about a 1/2 block to the east on West 10th Street. However this is not for overnight parking. **No smoking in the unit. A violation of this will result in a $300 fine and guest will incur costs to remediate the odor to the condo, linens and furniture.

* Parking is $53 and can be paid at the property or indoor advance via link that we send out. * Stair Access Only: This condo is located on the second floor. Please note there is no elevator in the building, and access requires using the stairs. * Shared Walkway: The walkway in front of the unit offers great Gulf views. Please be aware that this is a shared space and not a private balcony. * Pool Access: A key fob is required to enter the pool area. A replacement fee of $100 will be assessed if the fob is lost. * Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for stays during hurricane season (March - October). No refunds will be given for weather events or beach closings.
